Our terms and conditions:

• By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the listed product(s) at the stated price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion
• We make every effort to accurately describe our plants and products, including size, care requirements, and availability. However, plants are living organisms and may vary in appearance, size, and condition. Photos on our website are representative and may not exactly match the plant you receive.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the carrier accepts the package. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and plants immediately and contact us within 48 hours
• In case  unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc. we have right ban or block customer's account, withhold refunds if the claim is fraudulent etc.
• We currently ship orders within US only. Shipping live plants across state lines may be subject to agricultural inspection and import regulations. It is your responsibility to check your state's rules.
• All products are subject to availability . We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.
